Is Sharing Caring?

Here's the thing, when it's our last bite of our favorite chocolate bar, or the first bite of your beautiful slice of pizza, the last thing anyone wants to do is offer that up. And I'm not saying you need too. But I am saying there's magic in sharing.
Ever since I was a kid my mom was behind my back making sure I shared with every kid on the playground whether that was my toy or my snack. And no matter how upset it made my selfish little self then, I am so grateful she made me do so. Because I've recently continued to learn, what is the point of pleasure if there is no one to share it with?
What I mean is that whether it be a physical item or not, sharing with others can bring about so much joy. Being able to connect with someone over an experience whether that be the religious affair of eating your slice of cake, or the shirt you just thrifted. Sharing those items that bring you joy can bring just as much joy to the other. Sharing is caring.
And there definitely is a line between sacrificing everything in the name of someone else and that my friend is not sharing. Continuous giving on one person's part is not sharing, it is not a one person act, it is to be given and received. To share is a joint effort. Whether its clothes, advice, or food enjoy what makes you happy with others that make you happy. It's all worth it.
